Baffle Brick

Baffle bricks are generally installed behind the burner of a thermal storage furnace to support and reinforce the ceramic thermal storage material. It can also be used with honeycomb body for various regenerative combustion systems. Features: good thermal shock stability, high softening point, strong resistance to chemical erosion, good thermal shock resistance.

Baffle bricks can be used with the honeycomb body for various heat storage combustion systems and the front end of the heat storage body of the hot chamber heater. Its role is to protect the heat storage body and extend the service life of the heat storage body.

Baffle bricks can be divided into corundum-electrofused mullite baffle brick, corundum synthetic mullite baffle brick and sintered mullite baffle brick according to the material, which are poured and molded, baked and fired at high temperature, and can be customized in various sizes according to the drawings.

Baffle brick has the characteristics of good thermal shock stability, high softening point, strong resistance to chemical erosion and good thermal shock resistance.
