On August 27, 2018, the company once again welcomed the foreign customers. Syrian customer came to our factory for on-the-spot visit. Thanks for the customer’s visiting the company in the early morning, regardless of long-distance fatigue. During the visit, Mrs. Yan, General Manager of our company and Director of the Foreign Trade Department, gave a detailed product introduction to the customer, and provided professional answers to the questions raised by the customers. Rich professional knowledge and excellent working ability are also reserved customers. I was deeply impressed.
Subsequently, the two parties came to the conference room and conducted in-depth communication on the products of our company and the needs of customers. During this period, Kerui Refractory showed its perfect and reliable customization ability as a production enterprise. Regarding one parameter, we all tried our best to meet the customer’s needs. Secondly, our chief technical engineer worked in person to provide a complete product design plan and construction technology plan for the customer’s demand, which resulted in the height of the Syrian customer required. Finally, the two sides conducted in-depth discussions on future cooperation and hoped to achieve win-win and common development in the proposed cooperation projects in the future.
